…and hopefully a smile in the midst of the Coronavirus pandemic
I hope this finds you well and healthy. In a previous post I promised to eventually share something that might brighten our spirits, if only for a moment. After all, we might need that kind of moment these days, as we constantly try to maneuver our way through the jungle that’s Coronavirus pandemic. And, although we try to take it one day at a time, it can be stressful, frustrating, and downright depressing. Therefore, while in the midst of all that’s happening right now, I believe that, every now and then, we need a moment to take our mind off it all, and remember happier times….
And so, here are a few of my brighter, lighter memories from this past holiday season, when I got to meet Lumi, the newest member of my extended family:
Lumi and I wish you all the very best. Stay safe, stay inside (if possible), and, hopefully, all will be well in the end.
As always, thanks for stopping by,
PS: if there is a silver lining to this COVID19 pandemic, is that, at least in the NYC area, most shelter animals have been adopted. That’s proof that, yet again, we turn to animals (and also art) to see us through our darkest hour. Ain’t that something?
