Every New Year offers new perspectives in our professional and personal life. With that in mind, here’s an image I captured this past holiday season while spending some alone time on the beach:
The above image and also the cover image, both capture the same subject–Portimao, Portugal, as seen from Meia Praia–from two different angles, thus offering two different perspectives.
As it happens, traveling offers a chance to refocus on the perspectives and priorities in one’s life, as well as on one’s photography or any other creative work.
So, the question is:
What are some of the perspectives (if any) that you might consider changing in your photography this year? Feel free to comment. I’d love to hear from you.
Until then and as always, thanks for stopping by!
P.S. For those interested in learning or reading more about using perspectives in photography and telling a visual story from various points of view, check out this Photographic Perspectives blog post, and also this one.
Thank you!
