Greetings, wishes, and the story behind my “Abstract in Red” image
In this post, I’d like to share the #bts visual story of my image, “Abstract in Red,” which was featured on the Hidden Art group’s homepage (Fine Art America) and included in their monthly video for December:

From left to right:
The original image is a close-up shot (#shotoniphone) of the holiday deco illuminating the trees in a city park.
I then edited the image in SnapSeed: cropping, converting to sepia, and adding some blur.
And then I added a red filter, enhanced the contrast a bit more (for more ‘drama’), and ended up with the final image, which I called “Abstract in Red.”

This year has been a roller-coaster of sorts, marked by disappointments (of all sorts), loss (mostly of trust), and a few small victories, too. And it’s not over yet. I can only hope that the coming year will be a kinder one, for real this time.
I want to thank all my readers for stopping by and checking out my work, and even taking a moment to leave a comment or a note. It means a lot to me and I’m forever grateful.
I wish you all Happy Holidays and a Happy New Year!
See you in 2023 🙂
