Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays!

“So this is Christmas/And what have you done.”

…Indeed, the holidays are upon us. Tomorrow is Christmas Day. The New Year is just around the corner. ‘Tis the time when we usually look back at the year that’s coming to an end and wonder what, if anything, we have to show for. Many of us try to take in the memories–the good, the bad, and the sad ones–and find the strength to move on. Sometimes the year that’s coming to an end has forever changed the meaning of these two words, “moving on.” What else are we to do, right? Freddie Mercury would say “Show Must Go On” and yet….

With memories of this year in mind and hopes for a better 2020, I wish you all Happy Holidays, a very Merry Christmas to those who celebrate, and a Happy New Year, too!
