Every year, celebrity host Ron B. takes her MNN award-winning show, No Boundaries Up Close and Personal on location, to a NYC pier next to the Intrepid, to cover the annual dog Halloween costume contest. Ron B. is the host and judge of the contest. Prizes and treats are provided, as are lots of pictures. It’s always a fun event to cover especially as a photographer and dog person.
