Interviewing photographers about photography, and related art and activism
Over the years I’ve interviewed many photographers and learned a lot along the way, not only about photography, but also about art and activism, history and culture, and life, in general. Today, I’d like to share several of those interviews with you.

Veils & Visibility: An interview with Lester Blum and Vladimir Rios about their new show, Invisible. The article was originally published in A&U Magazine–America’s AIDS Magazine. Also check out In Memoriam, yet another interview with Blum and Rios, and also published in A&U Magazine.
Between Shadows and Highlights: January 2016 A&U cover story, an interview with celebrity photographer Greg Gorman
Dare to Look: Interview with photographer J. Thomas Lopez published in A&U Magazine–America’s AIDS Magazine

Retooling the Fight, an interview with photographer and activist Bill Bytsura published in A&U Magazine–America’s AIDS Magazine

Metamorphoses, one of my interviews with award-winning, legally blind photographer Kurt Weston published in A&U Magazine–America’s AIDS Magazine
